Chengxin Lithium: Chengze Lithium International to acquire remaining 49% equity of HANTARA

Chengxin Lithium announced on December 1 that Chengze Lithium International Limited, its wholly-owned sub-subsidiary, plans to acquire the remaining 49% equity of HANTARA, with a transfer price of 10 million US dollars. HANTARA owns six mining rights of Pocitos Salt Lake in Argentina, with a total mining area of about 10,681 hectares. Upon completion of the transaction, Chengxin Lithium will own 100% equity of HANTARA and start construction of a pilot production line at the Salt Lake project to build a lithium chloride crystal project with an annual output of 2,000 tons of lithium carbonate equivalent.
