Northern Rare Earth finished restructuring of Quannan Baogang Jinghuan Rare Earth Co., Ltd. ("Quannan Jinghuan") recently. After restructuring, Quannan Jinghuan now is Northern Rare Earth's fully owned subsidiary, still having existing ionic rare earth smelting and separation quotas on one hand and increasing its production capacity quotas via capacity swaps on the other hand. Northern Rare Earth now owns a 3,000tpy ionic rare earth smelting and separation capacity in South China, which will help the company cultivate more competitive and profitable rare earth industrial chain and further consolidate its heavy rare earth resources development in South China. Quannan Jinghuan is actively advancing its 3,000tpy REO smelting and separation technological upgrading project now.
