Xinjiang's raw coal output in Jan-Oct rises by 29.6% YOY

Since beginning of this year, Xinjiang has accelerated the release of high-quality coal production capacity, which driven the rapid growth of its coal production, ranking among the fastest in China. In the first 10 months of 2022, the raw coal output in Xinjiang reached 327,327,000 tons, up by 29.6% year on year.
By the end of October, Xinjiang's largest coal producer and distributor, China Energy Group Xinjiang Energy Company Ltd. produced 63.12 million tons of coal, up by 16.47 million tons from a year earlier; and the coal sales recorded 64.61 million tons, showing an increase of 16.76 million tons year-on-year, with its production and sales both exceeding the entire year of 2021 two months ahead of schedule.
