XTC New Energy to co-invest with CNMC International Trading in 60,000tpy cathode material precursor project

On November 22, XTC New Energy announced that it planned to co-invest with CNMC International Trading Co., Ltd. to set up a joint venture, CNMC Zhengyuan (Anhui) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., in Tongling Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui to take charge of investment for a 60,000tpy Li-battery cathode material precursor project (including 20,000tpy cobalt tetroxide capacity and 40,000tpy ternary precursor capacity).
