The signing ceremony for the 1.5Mtpy coking upgrade and expansion project between Shanghai Yaocheng Technology Co., Ltd. and Heilongjiang Changfeng Coking Co., Ltd. was held in Jixi on November 14.
The project will produce a series of products, including but not limited to 1.5 million tonnes of coke, 120,000t of methyl alcohol, 150,000t of slow release fertilizer annually. With total investment estimated at RMB2.5 billion (USD354 million), the project is expected to break ground in April 2023.
