China's daily steel product output down by 4.3% MOM in Oct

According to data released by China's National Bureau of Statistics, China's average daily output of crude steel went down by 11.2% MOM to about 2.57 million tons in October 2022; that of pig iron declined by 7.3% MOM to around 2.28 million tons; that of steel product decreased by 4.3% MOM to about 3.70 million tons.
China's output of crude steel, pig iron, steel product and coke reached 79.76 million tons, 70.83 million tons, 114.85 million tons and 38.83 million tons in October 2022 respectively, rising by 11.0%, 11.9%, 11.3% and 6.9% YOY.
China's output of crude steel, pig iron and steel product declined by 2.2%, 1.2% and 1.4% YOY to 860.57 million tons, 726.89 million tons and around 1.12 billion tons in the first ten months of 2022 respectively, while that of coke went up by 0.1% YOY to 396.84 million tons.
