Northern Rare Earth fails to approve of proposal on adjusting rare earth concentrate trading price

On November 10, Northern Rare Earth announced that its extraordinary general meeting did not approve of the proposal on adjusting rare earth concentrate trading price and estimated annual trading amount.
Previously, Baotou Steel announced that Northern Rare Earth will hold an extraordinary general meeting on November 10 to discuss price adjustment on rare earth concentrate. If Northern Rare Earth fails to approve of the adjustment, Baotou Steel will sell rare earth concentrate in public ways including price bidding and auction, in line with related laws and rules. Northern Rare Earth, as one of major clients with whom Baotou Steel maintains long-term partnership, can take part in the public selling process, and specific selling terms, model, price and quantity will be decided by management authorized by Baotou Steel, upon contemplation on related factors and operation status.
