According to latest data released by General Administration of Customs of China (GACC), China achieved a total foreign trade value of RMB34
In October 2022, China's foreign trade value was RMB3.55 trillion (USD0 . 49 trillion), up by 6 . 9% YOY . In particular, export value and import value went up by 7% and 6 . 8% YOY respectively to RMB2 . 07 trillion (USD0 . 29 trillion) and RMB1 . 48 trillion (USD0 . 20 trillion) during the month with the trade surplus expanding by 7 . 6% to RMB586 . 81 billion (USD81 . 08 billion).
. 62 trillion (USD4 . 78 trillion) in the first ten months of 2022, rising by 9 . 5% from that in the same period of 2021 . In particular, export value was RMB19 . 71 trillion (USD2 . 72 trillion), up by 13% YOY; import value was RMB14 . 91 trillion (USD2 . 06 trillion), up by 5 . 2% YOY; and the trade surplus expanded by 46 . 7% to RMB4 . 8 trillion (USD0 . 66 trillion).
