Chihong Zn & Ge announced on October 23 that the high-purity metal material project completed the construction of the production line by the end of 2021, and achieved the breakthroughs in key technologies and process optimization and output qualified high-purity products in 2022, whose grade rate and equipment level both reached the advanced level of the industry. The ultra-high-purity germanium tetrachloride project was completed and put into operation ahead of schedule in June 2022, and output qualified products. In the next step, the company will accelerate the research and development of 6N high-purity cadmium and 13N high-purity germanium on the basis of accelerating the realization of the designed production capacity and standard of high-purity metal material industry projects, and carry out the research and development of high-purity and ultra-high-purity material preparation technology in combination with other scattered and minor metal products of the company.
