Jiuling Lithium plans to raise RMB760 million to expand production of lithium carbonate

Jiangxi Jiuling Lithium Co., Ltd. recently submitted the application for offering to the Shanghai Stock Exchange to raise about RMB760 million (USD111 million) for the investment of expanded projects, R&D centers and supplement of working capital.
Data show that the core products of Jiuling Lithium are battery-grade lithium carbonate and industrial-grade lithium carbonate with a planned capacity of 140,000 tons of lithium carbonate and 5,000 tons of lithium hydroxide. Its industrial output value in 2022 is expected to exceed RMB6 billion (USD876 million).
