GCL Energy Technology to issue convertible bonds of no more than RMB4.5 billion

On August 15, GCL Energy Technology announced that it planned to issue convertible bonds of no more than RMB4.5 billion (USD0.66 billion); upon deduction of issuing costs, the proceeds will be used for the company's electricity & port project (stage two), battery grade lithium carbonate plant project and to repay debts.
