Chongqing: To ensure annual supply of no less than 50,000,000t of coal from other regions by 2025

On August 8th, the Development and Reform Commission in Chongqing issued the Implementation Scheme on Energy Tasks during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period, which noted that there must be stable channels for coal from other regions to flow into Chongqing and efforts should be made to make Chongqing incorporated in key regions that have stable supply of coal. The document also mentioned that Chongqing should ensure the annual supply of no less than 50,000,000t of coal from other regions by 2025.
