Ganfeng Lithium's subsidiary completes acquisition of an overseas lithium resources project

On August 8, Ganfeng Lithium announced that its subsidiary Shanghai Ganfeng already completed acquisition of Bacanora and now holds 100% stake in the latter. Bacanora's Sonora project, a clay-based lithium extraction project located in Mexico, is one of the world's existing largest lithium resources projects containing around 8.82 million tons of lithium carbonate equivalents.
