Ruitai New Materials' subsidiary signs USD526 million of sales contract for lithium ion battery electrolyte

On July 4, Ruitai New Materials announced that the company's holding subsidiary, ZJG Gthr New Chemical Materials Co., Ltd., signed the "Sales Volume and Price Booking Agreement" with FREYR on June 30, 2022, agreeing that Gthr New Chemical will supply lithium ion battery electrolyte products to FREYR from 2023 to 2028. The total amount of the agreement is about USD526 million, or about RMB3.419 billion.
