Mingtai Aluminum puts first phase of 700,000tpy new green aluminum alloy material project into operation

On June 28, Mingtai Aluminum announced on the interactive platform that Yirui New Material project with an annual production capacity of 700,000t of new green aluminum alloy material under construction focuses on the fields of aluminum for lithium batteries and plate and strip for automobiles. The planned products include 100,000t of power battery material, 100,000t of aluminum foil blank for battery, 50,000t of aluminum plastic film blank and 100,000t of automobile sheet blank. The first phase of the project already came on stream and the proportion of high value-added products of the company will be further increased.
