Dowstone Technology announced on June 13 that the company and Indonesia Huadi Investment Group intend to sign the "Cooperation Investment Framework Agreement", which stipulates that both parties will jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company in Indonesia to build a project with an annual output of 20,000t of nickel matte; under the cooperation investment framework agreement, the company's total investment in the project will not exceed RMB1 billion (USD148 million).
