CISA: Major steel mills' average daily steel product output records 2.27Mt in late May

According to the data released by China Iron & Steel Association (CISA), major steel mills' steel product output totaled 24,928,600t over the last ten days of May, and the average daily output reached 2,266,200t during this period, up by 2.11% from that in the second ten days of May.
In the last ten days of May, major steel mills held 17,942,400t of steel products in stock, down by around 2,035,000t from that in the second ten days of May and down by 146,300t from that in the same period of April.
