Wanli Stone's subsidiary to establish joint venture to build battery grade lithium salt mass production project

Wanli Stone announced that it will, through its holding subsidiary, Wanli (Xiamen) New Energy Co., Ltd., establish a salt lake resource development joint venture together with Qinghai Chaidamu Geology and Mineral Chemical Co., Ltd. With a total investment of RMB50 million (USD7.37 million), the joint venture will invest in building a battery grade lithium carbonate mass production project. In particular, Wanli (Xiamen) New Energy Resource Co., Ltd. will invest RMB25.50 million (USD3.76 million) of self-owned funds in the joint venture and the investment proportion will be 51%. It's temporarily decided that the battery grade lithium carbonate production line of the joint venture would have a designed production capacity of 1,000tpy.
