Yonfer's subsidiary to invest in constructing phosphorus chemical and fluorosilicone project

On April 11, Xinyangfeng Agricultural Technology Co. Ltd. (Yonfer) announced that its fully owned subsidiary Yonfer Chuyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. planned to invest RMB6 billion (USD0.94 billion) in constructing a phosphorus chemical and fluorosilicone resources comprehensive utilization project in Ruichang, Jaingxi.
The project will consist of three sub-projects including phosphorus chemical, fluorosilicone chemical and new energy material. In particular, the new energy material sub-project will have a 10,000tpy LiPF production capacity.
