In domestic market, the prices went up in the 1st half of March as producers had intention to lift the prices, but the prices decreased since 15 March due to weak demand caused by severe restriction caused by pandemic. For chemical grade silicon metal, major consumers didn't purchase in March, so the prices follow the patten of the market, and the market didn't see evident deals. In export market, the prices went up in the 1st half of March, and went down in the 2nd half of March, but the market remained inactive through the whole month.
