Daido Kogyo Corporation raises contract price of stainless steel rod products

On April 7, Japanese company Daido Kogyo Corporation announced that for stainless steel rod contracts signed in April (delivery will be made in June) and following months, selling prices will rise by over 20% for nickel series products and 10% for chrome series products so as to reflect price increases of nickel and chrome, the major raw materials for stainless steel, and other auxiliary material.
