Mexico launches anti-dumping investigation against HC ferromanganese from India

On March 14, 2022, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico announced in the official gazette that, at the request of a Mexican enterprise, it decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation against HC ferromanganese originating or imported from India. The dumping investigation period was from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, and the injury investigation period was from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2021. The TIGIE tax codes of the products involved are 7202.11.01 and 9802.00.13. The announcement shall take effect the day after its publication.
