Eurasian Economic Union launches first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on hot-rolled angle steel from Ukraine

On March 9, 2022, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Union issued the Announcement No.2022/314/AD22R1, initiating the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on hot-rolled angle steel originating in Ukraine at the application of the enterprises of the Eurasian Economic Union. The products involved are low alloy and alloy hot-rolled equal angle steel with a flange (carbon-containing) width of 20mm to 200mm, involving the products under tax numbers 7216 21 000 0, 7216 40 100 0, 7216 50 100 0, 7216 50 990 0 and 7228 70 100 0, excluding corrosion-resistant hot-rolled angle steel.
On August 5, 2016, the Eurasian Economic Union launched an anti-dumping investigation on the hot-rolled angle steel originating in Ukraine. On October 4, 2017, according to the Resolution No. 133 of the Eurasian Economic Union on October 3, 2017, the Eurasian Economic Union officially imposed 37.89% anti-dumping duty on the products from Ukraine involved in the case.
On August 5, 2016, the Eurasian Economic Union launched an anti-dumping investigation on the hot-rolled angle steel originating in Ukraine.
