TianYu Eco-Environment to invest no more than RMB610 million in Qinghai Juzhiyuan

TianYu Eco-Environment announced on February 22 that it planned to invest no more than RMB610 million (USD96.50 million) in Qinghai Juzhiyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. After the investment is completed, the company will hold 51% shares of Qinghai Juzhiyuan, which will become a holding subsidiary of the public corporation.
The target company's 6,000tpy high-end lithium hexafluorophosphate construct project was approved by the Management Committee of Qaidam Circular Economy Pilot Zone. The 2,000tpy lithium hexafluorophosphate production line, phase one of the project, hadn't come on stream yet and was completed in the second half of 2021 and further approved by Delingha Emergency Administration Bureau to commence pilot production. The 4,000tpy lithium hexafluorophosphate production line, phase two of the target company, is under construction.
