Energy New Materials' subsidiary inks lithium battery separator membranes sales contract

Energy New Materials announced on January 14 that its holding subsidiary SEMCORP has signed a contract with an overseas major auto company, pursuant to which SEMCORP will supply lithium battery separator membranes to the contract counterparty and its associated authorized parties starting January 1, 2022. SEMCORP will supply up to 1.65 billion square meters of lithium battery separator membranes to the counterparty from 2022 to 2024 and no more than 900 million square meters per annum of the material from 2025 onwards.
