Great Power's 20GWh battery project breaks ground

On January 10, Guangzhou Great Power Energy & Technology Co., Ltd. held the groundbreaking ceremony for its Liuzhou Zhihui energy storage and power battery manufacturing base project, located at the Ecological District of Northern Liuzhou City. With a planned land area of 550-850 Mu (36.67-56.67 hectares) and a designed capacity of 20GWh, the project will construct production lines of lithium battery cell and pack. The total investment for the project is estimated at RMB6 billion (USD944 million).
