Fengyuan Chemical to raise up to RMB940 million for LFP cathode materials project

Fengyuan Chemical announced on January 12 that it plans to raise no more than RMB940 million (USD147,768,000) through a private placement. The net proceeds from the placement will be used for the company's 50,000tpy lithium-ion battery LFP cathode materials production base project and for supplementing working capital.
