1 Market Highlights
1.1 Prebaked anode
For the reduced cost of pet coke and weakened demand, Chinese prebaked anode prices dropped in December and buyers turned inactive in adding inventories.
1.2 Pet coke
In December, pet coke prices in China went up as the demand remained strong while the supply reduced.
1.3 Graphite electrode
HP and UHP Graphite electrode prices in China slipped in December, as the supply in north China remained sufficient while the demand both at home and abroad softened.
