Dynanonic and CATL to jointly invest additional RMB900 million into Yibin LFP project

On December 27, Dynanonic announced that it will join CATL in investing additional RMB900 million (USD141 million) into Qujing Lintie Technology Co., Ltd., with RMB540 million (USD84.76 million) to be provided by Dynanonic and the remaining RMB360 million (USD56.50 million) by CATL.
According to Dynanonic, Qujing Lintie Technology will convey this investment into its fully owned subsidiary Yibin Defang Shidai Technology Co., Ltd. to advance construction of its Yibin project.
On January 18, 2021, Dynanonic and CATL jointly signed an investment agreement with Jiang'an county government, deciding to invest about RMB1.8 billion (USD0.28 billion) into constructing a 80,000tpy LFP project in Jiang'an county, Yibin city. The project will be constructed via two construction cycles totaling 36 months.
