GHTECH signs strategic cooperation agreement with Aodong New Energy Automobile

GHTECH announced on December 27 that the company and Aodong New Energy Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. signed a "strategic cooperation agreement". Both parties will be committed to realizing the full life cycle value mining of batteries, including but not limited to battery leasing, echelon energy storage, scrap recycling and so on. The two sides, acting as sponsors, will plan to jointly invest in the establishment of a platform company for battery life cycle utilization. The company's initial registered capital is RMB1 billion (USD157 million), and it is jointly established by both parties, other government funds, industrial chain funds and other strategic investment institutions.
