Northern Rare Earth and China Rare Earth sign strategic cooperation framework agreement

On December 19, Northern Rare Earth announced that it signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with China Rare Earth Holdings Limited ("China Rare Earch"). The two sides decided to strengthen cooperation on China Rare Earth's existing rare earth businesses and on Southern and Northern rare earth ore production capacities; on rare earth trading and deep processing so as to extend cooperation in rare earth industrial chain; on making full use of China Rare Earth's overseas capital platforms to enhance concentration of their businesses. The two sides agreed to provide the most favorable cooperation conditions to each other to guarantee smooth operation of cooperation projects, and addition cooperation agreements will be signed for specific projects.
