Huayou Cobalt and Farasis Energy sign 161,500t NCM precursor supply agreement

On December 2, Huayou Cobalt announced that it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Farasis Energy on NCM precursor purchase and supply, waste material and used battery recycling, and research and application in relation to NCM cathode and precursor. According to the agreement, from December 2021 to 2025 Huayou Cobalt will supply to Farasis Energy 161,500t of NCM precursor.
