Lvliang announces off-peak production plan for major industries during autumn and winter 2021-2022

The Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Department of Ecology and Environment of Lvliang city recently issued a notice on implementing off-peak production for major industries during autumn and winter 2021-2022.
According to the notice, the off-peak production period is from November 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, including the phase one from November 1 to December 31, 2021 and the phase two from January 1 to March 31, 2021.
Industries that are required to carry out off-peak production include iron and steel, coking, nonferrous metals (primary aluminum and alumina), casting, chemical, construction materials and other industries with waste emission.
Differentiated management and control measures will be adopted based on the environmental performance, ultra-low emission upgrade and other indexes of above-mentioned companies which will mainly suspend production lines or equipment to stagger production.
