Coal consumption by Hunan unified management power plants up by 125.4% YOY in Sep

According to data released by Hunan Provincial Bureau of Statistics, unified management power plants in Hunan consumed 3.76 million tons of thermal coal in September, up by 125.4% YOY.
In terms of inventory, Hunan's thermal coal stocks fell rapidly in September and picked up slightly at the end of the month. As of September 30, the main power plants in Hunan Province held around 1.45 million tons of coal in stock.
From January to September, thermal coal consumption by all unified management power plants in Hunan totaled about 24.94 million tons, up by 33.9% compared with the same period of last year.
