Putailai's subsidiary to merge to promote the integration of anode materials

Putailia announced on May 11th the news that Inner Mongolia Xingfeng will raise investment and merge Inner Mongolia Zichen. According to the announcement, Putailai decided to raise its investment in Inner Mongolia Xingfeng by RMB278 million (USD43.23 million) and make Inner Mongolia Xingfeng merge Inner Mongolia Zichen in order to boost the integration of anode materials and accelerate the implementation of its 50,000tpy lithium-ion battery anode material graphite project.
It's learned that Inner Mongolia Xingfeng and Inner Mongolia Zichen are both wholly-owned subsidiaries of Putailai. Inner Mongolia Xingfeng will be renamed as Inner Mongolia Zichen Xingfeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. after the investment is increased and the merge is completed.
