Dalong Manganese to apply for bank loan of no more than RMB60 million

Recently, Red Star Development announced that Dalong Manganese applied for the comprehensive credit line of RMB60 million (USD9.20 million) to Yuping County Branch, Agricultural Bank of China by taking actual capital situation into consideration and coordinating financing channels and ways, with its land use right of Guizhou (2007) No.95 as the collateral for a period of one year. The final amount of loan is subject to the loan contract signed between Dalong Manganese and Yuping County Branch, Agricultural Bank of China and Dalong Manganese will repay the loan with its operating income. The board approved Dalong Manganese to apply for no more than RMB60 million (USD9.20 million) to Yuping County Branch, Agricultural Bank of China with its land use right as the collateral.
According to Red Star Development, its wholly-owned subsidiary Dalong Manganese is mainly engaged in research, production and marketing of manganese salt chemicals and barium salt series products, including electrolytic manganese dioxide, high purity manganese sulfate, barium carbonate, barium sulfate, battery grade lithium carbonate and so on. Manganese salt products are primarily used to produce anode materials of battery and lithium battery.
