Rosan Resources Holdings Limited announced that on December 30, 2020, Henan Zhongyuan Jiuan Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Zhengzhou Shenzhirong Building Materials Co., Ltd. (both of which are indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company) planned to sell 60% of the equity of Zhengzhou Tairun Aluminum Mold Technology Co., Ltd. to the buyer Dengfeng Zhonglian New Building Materials Co., Ltd. with 4.38 million yuan (671,892 US dollars).
Zhengzhou Tairun Aluminum Mold Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the production and leasing of aluminum enclosure molds in China. Due to severe market conditions, fierce market competition and the current economic environment in China, the company made a net ex-tax loss of approximately 1.171 million Hong Kong dollars for the 11 months ended November 30, 2020.
