From December 14 to December 18, after formal examination, expert review, demonstration on conference and other procedures, the Development and Reform Commission of Hebei released a list for companies that will participate in preparation and construction of the provincial-level project research center in 2020. The high-toughness wind power tower steel project research center of Heibei Puyang Iron and Steel is on the list.
