Lopal to acquire LFP related assets of BTR

Lopal announced that it signed a framework agreement with BTR on December 25th. According to the agreement, Lopal will, through itself or its subsidiaries, acquire LFP related assets and business within the consolidation of accounting statement of BTR and BTR agrees to sell the above assets and business to Lopal.
In accordance with the agreement, Lopal will pay RMB30 million (USD4.59 million) of intention deposit to BTR within seven working days after the agreement is signed. The two parties will negotiate on the price of the deal based on the evaluation value. Lopal wants to use the BTR's advantages in technology and market to further expand its business system through this deal. Meanwhile, this deal is an important layout of Lopal following the development trend of automobile industry and is conducive to its long-term development.
