Konfoong Materials International Co., Ltd. (KFMI) announced on December 21st that it held a board meeting on December 18th, 2020, and deliberated and approved the Proposal on Closing the Investment Project of Part of the Fund Raising Projects. It also disclosed that the construction of the investment project, the industrialization project of molybdenum sputtering target blank for flat panel display with an annual capacity of 400t, has been completed.
The installation and debugging of the project's large equipment and production line have been completed, achieving the expected conditions for use. The first set of high-purity molybdenum sputtering target independently developed and produced by KFMI has been successfully produced, with the high quality. The completion of this project is conducive to the vertical integration of the industrial chain of KFMI to achieve the business goal of vigorously developing the purification and preparation of high-purity metal materials.
