Lomon Billions issued an announcement on December 8, according to the company's business and strategic development needs, in order to further strengthen the company's raw material supply capacity and implement the innovation-driven green development strategy, the company plans to invest RMB70 million (USD10.69 million) to establish Lomon Billions Titanium Technology Co., Ltd. in Rizhao, Shandong, and invest RMB100 million (USD15.27 million) to establish Henan Lomon Billions New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. in Jiaozuo, Henan.
