Baosteel Desheng Hot Rolling Plant preheats No. 2 heating furnace of 1,780mm hot-rolling production line

Following the successful ignition of No. 1 heating furnace on August 28, 2020, after three months of efforts, No. 2 heating furnace of the 1,780mm hot-rolling production line of Baosteel Desheng Hot Rolling Plant was successfully ignited on November 28, 2020, completing the company's established project goals and nodes.
Since the trial production of the 1,780mm production line, the monthly output has steadily increased. The output in November reached 53,761.438 tons, and the yield reached 97.85%. The product types were gradually expanded, covering various steel grades such as B304-C9, BN1, BN1G, BN1TL BN4, DSBJ4, DSJ4, Q235B and SUS304.
The smooth ignition of No. 2 heating furnace is the core and key to complete the production ramp and enter steady production of 1,780mm production line of Baosteel Desheng Hot Rolling Plant, and also lays a solid foundation for the production of 120,000 tons in December.
