Zhong Ke San Huan Hi-tech to be shareholder of China Southern Rare Earth

According to the announcement made by Zhong Ke San Huan Hi-tech, it signed the capital increase and share expansion agreement of China Southern Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. on 6 July with Ganzhou Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited and Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group Company Limited, which agreed to increase an investment of RMB431,393,958.40 (USD61516100.56) in China Southern Rare Earth. After the capital increase is completed, Zhong Ke San Huan Hi-tech will hold 5% stock rights of China Southern Rare Earth.
Co-established by Ganzhou Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited and Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group Company Limited on 13 March, 2015, China Southern Rare Earth will have a registered capital of RMB793 million (USD113 million) after this capital increase. Ganzhou Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited, Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group Company Limited and Zhong Ke San Huan Hi-tech will hold 94.4928%, 0.4438%, 0.0634% and 5% stock rights respectively.
