Since the world's only 68,000 ton press with two major functions of super large load extrusion and die forging was built in Qinghai, the world's largest diameter titanium pipe has been successfully extruded recently, marking that Qinghai Zhongtai Green Forging Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has mastered the extrusion technology of large-diameter thick-wall titanium pipe.
Qinghai China Titanium Green Forging Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. used 68,000 tons of multi-functional extrusion/die forging unit to successfully extrude P91 and titanium large-diameter thick-wall seamless pipe with outer diameter of 700mm and inner diameter of 430mm, with P91 pipe length of 9m and titanium material pipe length of 6.5m. This is the largest diameter titanium tube extruded in the world.
According to Li Deqing, general manager of the company, the company plans to form a mass production capacity of small-diameter titanium alloy pipes and die forgings with projection area less than 1 square meter in the next three years, strive to develop and manufacture products that reach the leading level at home and abroad, and achieve the strategic goal of annual revenue of more than 1 billion yuan (USD0.14 billion ) and net profit of more than 200 million yuan (USD28.32 million).
