Yahua Industrial Group to construct battery grade lithium hydroxide and lithium chloride project

On the evening of 29 April, Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group Co., Ltd. released its plan for private offering A-share stocks. No more than 287 million shares will be issued to no more than 35 specific investors to raise no more than RMB1.5 billion (USD0.21 billion) (including principal). After deducting the issuing expense, the company will invest the funds in the construction of a new project, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of battery grade lithium hydroxide and an annual production capacity of 11,000 tons of lithium chloride as well as related products, and use the funds as the working capital.
