1. Market Highlights
In January, Chinese indium ingot 99.99%min market saw active deals as traders purchased more than last months given that Fanya's around 3,400t indium ingot 99.99%min stocks were reauctioned at RMB790/kg (USD113/kg) at the middle of this month. Downstream consumers still purchased for orders with weak demand. Suppliers would like to increase their offers before the Spring Holiday. At the end of this month, the market became quiet due to the holiday.
The export market witnessed poor deals as overseas buyers preferred to watch the market as most of them were worried about that the prices would keep soft.
Both European and American market showed limited transactions as most consumers' demand remained weak.
