TNMG Jinguan Copper gets license to process copper-smelting dust and lead filter cake

On January 6, Jinguan Copper Company, a subsidiary of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group (TNMG), was awarded a hazardous waste business license for its nonferrous secondary resource recycling and comprehensive utilization project from the Department of ecology and environment of Anhui, which means that the company can now process copper-smelting dust and lead filter cake with an annual processing capacity of 16,300t of nonferrous wastes.
Jinguan Copper completed the installation of main equipment for recycling copper-smelting dust in August 2019 and aims to produce zinc sulfate before January 18, 2020. The installation of main equipment for recycling lead filter cake was basically finished in mid-December 2019 and the company will commence the trial production according to the supply of raw material.
