Prices of most stainless steel products kept the downward trend during this month on lower raw material costs and the decrease in steel mills' list prices. As prices of raw materials like nickel decreased this month, steel mills like Taigang Stainless further cut their prices. Besides, with the arrival of the Spring Festival holiday, downstream customers were mostly purchasing materials for urgent need and the market sales performance continued to be unsatisfying. Because of the high pressure of capital flow at the year end, traders refused to build large stockpiles.
