China to annul tentative import tariffs on tungsten scraps and niobium scraps in 2020

The Customs Tariff Commission under China State Council announced recently that, in order to promote coordinative development between trade and environment and in line with State Council's requirements on forbidding imports of solid wastes of great environmental harm, from January 1, 2020 on the Commission will annul tentative import tariffs for tungsten scraps and niobium scraps and resume the most favored nation tariffs.
