Kazakhstan plans to boost the export of tin concentrate by 2022.
News from Soltüstik Qazaqstan confirmed that it is implementing a tin ore development plan valued KZT100 billion. The Simurbiete Mine in Soltüstik Qazaqstan is one of the largest unmined mines and can mine 460 million tons of ore. The project will be developed in 2021 and go into production in 2022. It's expected that the project would process 10,000t of tin concentrate per year after going into production. In addition, it will mainly sell its products in the export market.
